I’ve always been satisfied here. I did send a text with a question and did get a response back that someone would text me back but never heard from anyone. That was a little disappointing but not enough to not go back. Everyone. is caring and explains everything so I have no complaints there. Thank you

Dr Steven Hoer is a genuine doctor who shows professionalism, knowledge and compassion from start to finish with your treatment. He is one of few doctors who actually sticks with you throughout your progress. I have been going to him for years and he has always provided the best treatment and patient care.

Dr Tait was kind but practice was high tech as far as marketing goes. Bryce was sweet , understanding and always returned calls, Lisa, surgical nurse was very understanding and always helped. I only wish the recovery from the surgery was quicker.

Lisa and Bryce made it so easy. They were very responsive to all my needs. Medicine and questions were answered. Everyone seems so organized. The surgery was tough but the drs and nurses at st rose were right there when I needed them. I think all the information in print and then availability of text was great. I did everything I was suppose to do and have had an excellent outcome.

I would and have highly recommended Dr.Tait. He is a Doctor who combines excellent medical knowledge with a caring personality. His PA,Bryce Nelson, also follows through with excellent care. The same helpful care is pervasive through the nurses and reception staff as well. The Caresense app is a real plus in messaging staff with post surgery questions which are answered promptly. I give the whole practice an A plus and highly recommend this practice led by Dr. Tait to anyone who needs orthopedic care.

After x-rays, Dr.Tait pressed on areas that I described as painful. He, then suggested a specialized MRI. I agreed, and he sent an imaging order to Steinberg Diagnostic.
