I was treated well and didn't have to wait a long time. My surgery was scheduled and I was told what to expect. Getting the needed tests for surgery was a nightmare, but that's because we didn't know the right information to give my primary care doctor, Dr. Sangouk Lee, who could have ordered all the tests with results to go to him to clear me for surgery. As a result, I was treated as a new patient at Genesis Medical when I wouldn't have had to deal with them at all. It resulted in hours of wasted time sitting in a wheelchair and the misery that went with it.

Staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They told me through the procedure the results and made sure I was comfortable. They also showed me the fluid ejected and the safest and easiest way to follow up.

I would recommend Dr. Hör to anyone, he spends time to explain, that is something more Dr’s should do. Thank you Dr. Hör .

I have been going since 2015 and Dr Hoer has been amazing along with his team. He took care of my right knee now we are working on my left. Great bedside manner and a great communicator and listener as well!

I was supposed to have shoulder surgery but broke my arm having to postpone my surgery dr Wallace took care of my arm and didn't give me an grief about my surgery that is put off he is very caring with a lovely bedside manor thank you doc

I just met Steve Hoer today. He asked for x-rays for my left knee. I told him I had just gotten xrays done but aparently he didn't get them. So I had x-rays done today also. Steve said I needed some other test done and he explained to me some other options (treatments that my help) so well move forward. So far so good. Thanks
