A graduate of Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, Dr. Tait was accepted at the Medical College of Wisconsin where he received a Doctor of Medicine in 1989. Moving then to Omaha, Nebraska, he completed an internship in general surgery, residency in orthopaedic surgery, and became Chief Resident in orthopaedic surgery. He then became a Clinical Fellow in adult reconstruction and orthopaedic surgery at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Post graduate courses included ATLS Instructor’s Course, Review of Orthopaedics and Orthopaedic Pathology, AO/ASIF Basic Course, Surgery of the Foot and Ankle, AAOS Orthopaedic Surgery Review Course and the Harvard Knee Course.
